Roles & Responsibilities Not Limited To:

  • Ensure properties are properly staffed
  • Train and oversee on-site staff
  • Hire, coach and manage Community Directors
  • Assist with hiring and coaching onsite teams
  • Support performance evaluations and compensation decisions


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain company policies
  • Ensure consistent property management practices
  • Assist with budget planning, budget building, approvals, and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance, including variances, reclasses, and accruals
  • Conduct regular meetings with Community Directors and leadership
  • Review invoices, vendor pricing and PO’s
  • Ensure proper incident reporting and documentation
  • Maintain organized records and files


Property Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations across all properties
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Monitor occupancy, retention, and leasing performance
  • Approve marketing and advertising efforts
  • Provide real time market and product feedback to help set pricing
  • Ensure property safety and maintenance standards
  • Recommend capital improvements
