Job Description

Within the Administration & Finance team, you will participate in the collections process, accounting controls, and account verification, as well as in the development of the company's internal control plan.

As Credit & Collection Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Setting Customer Credit Limits.

  • Organizing claims and monitoring customer debts.

  • Administrative processing of collections received.

  • Reconciling and monitoring intercompany customer debtor accounts.

  • Preparing collection and debt reports for management.

  • Responsible for preparing the Bad Debt Provision.

  • Providing telephone support to customers.

  • Collaborating in the computerization/automation and updating of administrative procedures.

  • Collaborating and providing the information required by both the External and Internal Auditors (HQ).

Qualifications
  • Academic Qualifications: Degree in administration or similar //Β  Higher technical training

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in similar positions. This experience should have been in a multinational company environment.

  • Basic knowledge of general accounting.Β 

  • Languages: English (Intermediate reading and writing essential). Spanish (Bilingual is mandatory).

  • Good command of spreadsheets, preferably using Google.

  • Knowledge of global ERPs.
