What You'll Do:


As Regional Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to:

  • Lead multi-site operations - ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive business results - maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check
  • Inspire and develop people - recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff
  • Champion compliance & safety - OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar
  • Oversee projects & capital investments - from equipment to land improvements, you'll help move big ideas forward
  • Deliver top-tier customer service - resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management
  • 5+ years of experience in the Landscape / Nursery / Horticulture field. With a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA, and DOT, regulations
  • Proven success in sales and operations management (horticulture experience a plus!)
  • Ability to travel regularly across sites
  • Willingness to relocate to the Windsor Locks, CT area (relocation assistance available!)
