Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a strong, results-focused Regional Director to lead multiple spa locations across Delaware & Pennsylvania.
Our ideal candidate has 35+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving performance, developing leaders, and delivering strong sales results across multiple locations. This individual is an exceptional communicator, a culture builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role with opportunity for professional growth. Multi-unit leadership experience is strongly preferred. Prior spa or membership-based sales experience is a plus.
Our goal is to provide our valued members and guests with a world-class experience, and our Regional Directors play a critical role in making that happen. You will set the tone across your region, coach and develop leaders, drive performance, and grow the business.

What Youll Be Owning
  • Lead and support multiple spa locations, ensuring exceptional client experiences across the region
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee and manage regional operations, including performance, staffing, and overall business health
  • Drive spa sales performance and regional profitability through P&L ownership and analysis
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing General Managers and spa leaders
  • Coach, monitor, and hold teams accountable to performance goals and KPIs
  • Support membership growth, sales strategy, and execution across all locations
  • Partner with GMs to maximize appointment books and optimize staffing
  • Execute marketing initiatives, grassroots efforts, and community outreach to drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Support new spa openings, acquisitions, and integration of new locations
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting, payroll oversight, inventory, and operational expenses
