CDL Residential Driver – Home Daily

Location: Prince George’s County, MD

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Pay: $200–$205 Per Day + Bonus Opportunities

Position Overview

US Refuse is seeking dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A & B Drivers to join our residential waste collection team in Prince George’s County. This is a full-time position offering consistent, year-round work, competitive daily pay, and the benefit of being home every day.

Our drivers play a vital role in keeping local communities clean by providing reliable and efficient residential trash collection services. We are looking for motivated professionals who value teamwork, safety, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate residential refuse collection trucks on assigned routes

Complete daily residential collection routes efficiently and professionally

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Work closely with helpers and operations staff to ensure timely service

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles

Provide dependable service while representing the company professionally in the community

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or B license

Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience

Clean or acceptable driving record (MVR)

Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening

Strong work ethic and reliability

Waste industry experience preferred, but not required
