$220/DAY + UP TO $150 WEEKLY BONUS

Our residential CDL drivers typically complete their workweek in under 40 hours.

This is route-based residential collection—not a job where you're expected to sit around just to reach 40 hours.

Drivers start at 5:00 AM, complete their assigned routes and required end-of-day responsibilities, and go home when their work is finished.

Actual daily and weekly hours vary based on route volume, traffic, weather, holidays, landfill delays, equipment issues, staffing, and other operational needs.

HAVE A CLASS A OR B CDL? WE CAN TEACH YOU TRASH.

Previous waste-industry experience is NOT required.

If you have a valid CDL, a safe driving record, dependable attendance, and the right work ethic, we are willing to train you to operate a rear-load residential trash truck.

Drivers from dump trucks, concrete/mixer trucks, delivery, construction, beverage, roll-off, tractor-trailer, and other CDL backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
