Job description

Case Management Services (CMS) Program Coordinator - Do you have experience with case management program operations, including maintaining quality control in databases, documentation, and reporting? A non-profit 501(c)(3), Dorcas International offers adult education, language learning, job training, employment services, citizenship and immigration services, refugee resettlement, clothing and household needs, and more.
The Case Management Services (CMS) Program Coordinator will assist the Director of Case Management Services with all aspects of the CMS department, including data management, quality assurance, and program compliance. This position will independently strive to increase communication and collaboration with other client-focused departments to ensure refugee client success. The Case Management Services Program Coordinator will work with case managers in enrolling clients into all CMS programs and resolving issues. The CMS Program Coordinator will be comfortable leading groups and coordinating with other staff and volunteers in ensuring that client needs are met by group activities.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating the enrollment of clients into appropriate case management programs.
  • Providing oversight of services across all case management programs.
  • Assisting in the oversight of daily operations of programs, including, but not limited to, refugee housing acquisition, client expenses, contracts, federal/state data collection and reporting, and collaboration with partnering agencies.
  • Ensuring proper offer of program, follow-up, face-to-face interactions with clients and other parties as needed.
  • Providing regular trainings on program databases, highlighting best practices, and orienting new staff to database and policies.
  • Acting as liaison with other departments on shared clients and/or concerns.
  • Serving as liaison with community support groups offered to all clients.
  • Ensuring quality assurance processes and procedures for all case management services meets program and agency standards.

  • Maintaining client records documenting all interactions, services, referrals, and program outcomes in agency and external databases as required by funders.
  • Resolving issues and/or escalating to program director when necessary.
  • Monitoring client information in agency database and files to ensure that quality assurance measures are entered in a timely manner.

The candidate should have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with and ability to navigate community social services and government services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated team player who can collaborate with colleagues and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills (records, files, schedules, other).
  • Group presentation skills.
  • High level of computer literacy required, including experience with databases.
  • Ability to lift 10-20 lbs.

  • Salary Range: $46,800 - $51,500 (commensurate with experience)
