Job Details:
SUMMARY:
The Refrigeration/Boiler Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and compliance of the Ammonia Refrigeration System, including associated PSM requirements, as well as boiler, air/pneumatic, and HVAC systems. This role also performs additional duties as assigned.
This position provides direct supervision to technicians and operators within these areas, including scheduling, prioritization of work, and ensuring operational needs are met. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager of Refrigeration and collaborates with the Maintenance Management team to support facility-wide operations. Additionally, the role may assist the Refrigeration Manager and PSM Coordinator at the Waverly plant with administrative responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Post-secondary education or specialized training through vocational school or college coursework
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency (e.g., email, data entry, simple document creation)
  • Travel: 1-5 trips annually
  • Supervisory Skills: Experience overseeing personnel performing similar or related tasks
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
