Essel is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who is skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly to provide optimal comfort for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork and refrigeration systems based on specifications.
  • Provide thorough maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
  • Collaborate with project managers and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Stay current with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations.

Requirements
