Refined Reflections Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. All services are rendered remotely, allowing for flexibility and enhanced access for both clients and therapists. You will work within a collaborative telehealth framework, utilizing various digital communication tools and platforms to provide therapy and support. Therapists have the opportunity to work flexible hours, which may include standard business hours and occasional evening shifts to better accommodate client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that promote their well-being and recovery.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, engaging individuals, groups, and families through methods tailored to their specific challenges, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues including case managers and psychiatrists to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to care, regularly sharing insights and treatment updates to improve client outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, leveraging therapeutic skills to provide immediate guidance and safety planning.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives designed to raise awareness about mental health issues and combat stigma surrounding these vital topics.

Our clientele includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As a therapist at Refined Reflections, you will gain valuable experience working with diverse populations, enhancing both your clinical skills and cultural competence.

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and an understanding of the nuances of working with clients from diverse backgrounds should be a priority.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Experience in a community mental health setting, especially in telehealth practices, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to manage client information and appointments will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based practices and therapy modalities to address a spectrum of mental health concerns is an advantage.
