Job Title: Hostess - Host

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The successful candidate will greet guests as they arrive, seat them, and provide them with menus. The host will also be responsible for managing reservations and maintaining an organized and tidy entrance and waiting area.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they arrive and seat them at their tables

- Provide menus and inform customers of daily specials

- Manage reservations and ensure that the restaurant is seating customers efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and waiting area

- Answer customer questions and provide information about the restaurant and menu

- Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
