Join Lineage Logistics as a Facility Maintenance Manager - Automation, where you'll lead the maintenance operations supporting a highly automated cold storage facility. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Direct and develop a medium to large team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance and skill development.
  • Automation System Oversight: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ASRS, AGVs, automated conveyance systems, and other automated equipment.
  • CAPEX & Budgeting: Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) and maintenance budgets to support operational efficiency.
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implement and refine maintenance programs to maximize uptime and system reliability.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimally 4 years in automated system maintenance within an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership: Strong experience managing and developing technical teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding with ASRS, AGVs, PLCs, CMMS systems, and industrial automation technologies.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
