Summary
The Membership Club concierge must be approachable, friendly, and accommodating. They promote professionalism, assistance, and 5-star hospitality service to our members and guests throughout the Membership Club and amenities. The concierge team embodies our Membership Club culture and values by contributing an overall pleasant customer experience to increase the Membership Club's reputation and ensure sustainable growth and retention of memberships.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provides sophisticated and refined customer service to members/guests.
  • Implements appropriate assistance as needed to members/guests in expedient and professional manner.
  • Leads front desk check-in process for members/guests.
  • Prepare logs, reports, or other written documents as requested.
  • Maintain constant inspections of assigned areas to ensure a pristine and organized environment.
  • Uses proper telephone skills to handle dining reservations and member inquiries.
