AI is unlikely to fully replace pharmacy technicians, as their role involves tasks that require human judgment, customer interaction, and manual skills. AI can assist with tasks like data entry and inventory management, but technicians are essential for ensuring accuracy, safety, and providing patient support. The profession may evolve to include more technology integration, but human oversight remains critical.
