Role Overview
The SAP Data Architect will be responsible for defining and governing the enterprise SAP data foundation. This role focuses on creating scalable, trusted, and governed data architectures that support analytics, AI, and enterprise reporting while protecting core transactional SAP systems. The architect will work closely with application, analytics, integration, platform, and security teams to establish shared data standards and reference architectures.
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in SAP master data and transactional data domains.
  • Hands-on experience with: SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW / BW on HANA
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and data governance frameworks.
  • Experience designing data architectures that support analytics, AI, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP data with non-SAP analytics, reporting, and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Design and define the SAP enterprise data foundation, including how SAP systems store, share, and manage trusted data.
