Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst to support initiatives within our growing AI and digital transformation portfolio. This role blends traditional project management responsibilities with business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

This individual will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, well-executed, and deliver measurable value.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and risks are actively managed

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting

Facilitate project governance, checkpoints, and stakeholder updates

Coordinate work across IT, data, engineering, AI, and business teams

Business Analysis:

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and pain points

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements

Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and solution designs

Support prioritization decisions based on value, feasibility, and impact

AI & Digital Enablement:

Support AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives by helping define use cases and success criteria

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with business outcomes and ethical standards

Assist in change management, adoption planning, and user enablement for new tools and capabilities

Analysis and maintenance of IT budget, including adjustments of budget system to reconcile errors and standard and ad hoc financial report creation.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is preferred.

3–7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid role

Strong experience driving projects in cross-functional, matrixed environments

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans

Prior AI experience is preferred but not required—curiosity, adaptability, and strong analytical skills are essential

WHAT THEY’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Leading AI and digital transformation initiatives from intake through implementation
  • Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams
  • Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable project plans and user stories
  • Managing project timelines, risks, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communications
  • Supporting AI, automation, and data-focused initiatives by defining use cases and success metrics
  • Assisting with organizational change management, adoption planning, and user enablement activities
  • Performing IT budget analysis, reporting, and financial reconciliation activities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. 3–7 years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
  2. Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations
  3. Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  4. Ability to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and actionable plans
  5. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
