We value diversity and strive for an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute to our success.

Job Description

The Pipeline Marketing Specialist is the execution engine behind QAD's North America demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Positioned at the intersection of demand creation and demand capture, you will activate in-market accounts and drive manufacturing buyers through the pipeline. • ABM Program Management: Execute target account plays using intent and engagement signals to build account-specific landing pages, ad audiences, and customized content sequences.

  • BDR & Sales Collaboration: Act as the daily marketing liaison to the BDR team, briefing them on active campaigns and real-time intent signals to ensure timely sales follow-up.

  • Pipeline & Marketing Operations: Maintain marketing database hygiene and leverage Salesforce or equivalent BI dashboards to track pipeline health, account engagement, and performance gaps.

  • Asset Coordination: Partner with Corporate and Global Marketing teams to develop, localize, and organize campaign assets and sales enablement tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology, with a focus on demand generation or ABM execution.

  • Marketing Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM tools (Salesforce). Exposure to ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is highly preferred.

  • Strategic Capabilities: Deep understanding of the distinction between demand creation and demand capture , paired with an analytical mindset comfortable building dashboards and interpreting pipeline data.

  • Industry Context: Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or industrial software verticals is a meaningful advantage.

  • AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with using AI tools for content drafting, personalization, or campaign optimization is a strong plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Travel: Ability to travel approximately 10-20% for field events, team summits, and planning sessions.

Primary Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Pipeline sourced from marketing programs.

  • Account engagement rates across ABM programs.

  • BDR follow-up and SAO conversion rates.
