At Redbud Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health Family, Physical Therapist Assistants practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. This is a part-time role, for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
  • Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
  • Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
  • Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice

  • Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
