Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Read & interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, & eng. specs
  • Perform visual & dimensional inspections 
  • Ensure parts meet quality reqs.
  • Document inspection results, measurements, & acceptance status 
  • Scan & file documents for digital copies of LHRs
  • Identify, separate, & document non-conforming material
  • Communicate inspection results & issues to Mfg. & Quality Eng.
  • Support first article inspections & quality review activities
  • Maintain proper handling, labeling, & traceability of inspected materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized inspection area
  • Follow all compliance & safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as needed 
 
Job Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, mfg., or similar
  • Ability to read & interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, & basic tolerances
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to follow written procedures
  • Strong documentation & data entry skills 
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 21CFR 820 Standard strongly preferred
