DC Load Planner

Division/Department: Pork  

Location:  Marshalltown

Job title: DC Load Planner

Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Nonexempt Hourly Rate:

Nonexempt

Type of position:

Full-time

SNE

Hours: Shift: 3rd

Flexible as needed

Weekends as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:     

  • Be able to communicate written and verbally in English
  • Be able to work all 3 shifts as needed
  • Self-Starter/Able to work Independently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for putting trailers in the door and having them pulled when loaded.
  • Responsible for making sure trailers are put in the door with the proper rotation as to meet on time delivery to customers.
  • Responsible for running the computer at the main desk.
  • Must understand and be able to work in the Red Prairie system.
  • Must be able to monitor inventory to assure proper rotation of product.
  • Work on assigned tasks as needed
