Position Summary:
The line cook is responsible for preparing food and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plates and garnishes dishes following standard procedures.
- Perform inventory checks and food storage logs.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces as needed.
ยท Accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and/or direction from the expeditor.
ยท Follow supervisorโs instructions, communicate with and support co-workers, while being a team player.
ยท Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes with the ability to execute them to company standard.
ยท Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications.
Requirements:

ยท Experience in a high-volume kitchen.
ยท Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
ยท Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
ยท Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
