Job Description

We are looking to fill a position for Systems engineer in Lansing MI. Selected person should be able to support the various OS and software platforms, configurations, installations/upgrades,
customizations, maintenance, and management of systems. Performs tasks related
to administering accounts, designing/implementation of security systems,planning and growth

Qualifications
  • Hardware familiarity with HP Intel based servers; Networking Components; SAN storage systems; Backup and recovery systems; Voice and Email gateways;
  • Operating System familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4,5,6,7; Windows 2003/2008/2012/XP/7/10
  • VMware vSphere including Virtual Center, ESX/ESXi and View Horizon (Virtual Desktop).
  • Oracle familiarity, including the following: Database; Applications; Directory Manager; and others
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft, and other Applications.
  • Superior knowledge of various supported protocols, including but not limited to: JDBC; ODBC; LDAP; SOAP; FTP; SSH; SSL; SFTP; TCP/IP; HTTP; HTTPS; etc
  • Experience with multiple operating systems, including but not limited to: UNIX; Windows Server; Windows Client Software; Linux; Fabric OS, IoS
