Responsibilities
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.
We are looking for a mid to senior career level Systems Integration Engineer! As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will integrate Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software into virtualized environments to enable component-level and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in systems integration, virtualization, and system administration
  • Experience with VMware vCenter, Terraform, GitLab, and Ansible
  • Experience with Docker and/or Podman
  • Proficiency with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server configuration and troubleshooting
  • Scripting experience using Linux shell, Ansible, Python, or similar tools
  • Experience with SSH and SSL key management
  • Familiarity with deploying and supporting containerized applications
  • Familiarity with authentication platforms including Windows Active Directory, Red Hat Directory Services, and Keycloak
  • Familiarity with BOOTP, DHCP, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, SSH, Syslog, and TLS networking protocols
  • Travel: 25 %
  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with U.S. Government Test & Evaluation (T&E)
  • Experience in performing Operational Test (OT)
  • Familiarity with ELK, Suricata, Yara, Zeek, and Wireshark. Advanced proficiency in log, flow data, and PCAP analysis.
