Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring STEMI experience and proficiency with advanced cardiac devices including Impella and balloon pump.

Details
  • Hospital-based Cath Lab setting
  • Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • On-call required during evenings and weekends
  • Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Active FL or compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
  • Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 18 months of RN experience required; 2 years preferred
  • STEMI experience required
  • Proficiency with intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella, atherectomy devices, cardiac medication drips, and emergency medications required
  • Must provide two professional references for consideration
  • Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration — no block scheduling available
  • Time-sensitive compliance modules must be completed promptly upon assignment confirmation
  • Travelers may not work more than 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic locations, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before starting another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
