Job description

General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level - We're hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Denver, CO.
Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it's a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.
This position does not require a resume, a candidate's ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Our candidate selection process is based on specific criteria to foster a positive and efficient workforce that aligns with Leadpoint's culture.

MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE!
As a full-time General Laborer / Sorter, you'll earn $15.35-$15.85 per hour. Schedule - 1st Shift: Mon - Sat; 6am - 4:30pm / 2nd Shift: Mon - Sat; 6pm - 4:30pm.

Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required. We need reliable, detail and safety-oriented Sorters who:
  • Are at least 18 years of age or older
  • Can lift up to 25 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift.

  • Have reliable transportation to get to work although many of our facilities are located near a bus line. We also promote carpooling and ride sharing.
