ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead hands-on training of team members, ensuring new and existing staff have the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles
  • Host new hire orientation, delivering a consistent, engaging first-day and first-week experience across the organization
  • Build supporting resources for role-specific frameworks (e.g., onboarding guides for a given position), preparing them for successful rollout once approved
  • Standardize Talent processes across departments and locations to drive consistency and reduce variability in execution
  • Support compliance by ensuring training and onboarding practices align with company policy and applicable employment regulations
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to implement Talent tools and resources, gathering feedback to refine them over time
  • Recruit for administrative positions as needed, while maintaining primary focus on training, onboarding, and operational execution

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations, with a track record of delivering hands-on training, onboarding, or orientation programs
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train employees at all levels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to translate high-level strategic direction into practical, repeatable processes and hands-on execution
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over training quality and consistency
  • Comfortable operating in a support/execution capacity, partnering closely with leadership rather than driving independent strategic decisions
  • Prior recruiting experience a plus; experience in home care, healthcare, or a multi-site/branch services organization a plus
