Job description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice seeking to hire an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and focuses on providing care for cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves carrying out the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including routine consultations and a broad range of clinical duties. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering flexibility in doctor hours, which are open to discussion.

Practice Details
The practice operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with additional hours on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. It is a well-equipped practice offering a full scope of general practice services.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a well-trained team of support staff, contributing to a structured and supported working environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
