Job Title: Interpreter Recruitment amp; Documentation Coordinator
Job Summary: The Interpreter Recruitment amp; Documentation Coordinator manages the recruitment, onboarding, and document processing for interpreters, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit interpreters through outreach, networking, online platforms, and professional events.
  • Process, review, and maintain interpreter onboarding documents and compliance certifications.
  • Ensure all interpreter documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with interpreters regarding document submissions, updates, compliance requirements, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate interpreter profiles and records in internal systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and collaborate closely with scheduling, billing, and compliance teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and document compliance status.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 1–2 years' experience in administrative roles, recruitment, or document management.
