As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and the recruitment of passive and active highly qualified candidates for assigned openings. To build relationships and act as an account manager to our internal clients. Learn and understand our competitive market, competition, and unique culture advantages. Guide, support, coordinate through the interview process, and validate the ability to both perform the duties required and the cultural fit of potential new employees. This may include but not limited to searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking. The Recruiting Coordinator will be required to write offer letters and job descriptions, meeting preparation, make complex travel arrangements, conduct reference checks, assist in new hire orientations and onboarding, manage the recruiting database, support the college recruiting program, and more. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you would be essential personnel within the company that often serves as the first contact for potential employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM/applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.
  • Friendly disposition and genuinely care for and like people is a must
  • Proficiency in All Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Very high organization and multi-task capability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
