Job description

Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish) - Puerto Rico

Conduent is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and assess qualifications against job requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
  • Provide recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or enterprise-level hiring environments preferred.
  • Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Must reside in Puerto Rico.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Experience supporting remote recruitment and virtual interviewing processes.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, candidate relationship management, and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple business functions.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $18.36 per hour.
