POSITION OVERVIEW
This position leads an established staffing office by developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, driving recruiting performance, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will coach and develop Business Developers, Employment Specialists, Front Office Coordinators, and Recruiting Specialists while maintaining accountability for sales, recruiting, profitability, and customer satisfaction. :contentReference[oaicite:1]index=1

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience REQUIRED
