Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for supporting the Talent Acquisition Enablement Leader, to support and enhance Talent Acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and coordination support for recruiting operations, which may include scheduling, due diligence checks, candidate care, job posting audits, etc.
  • Provide support to end users by resolving issues and answering queries regarding systems functionality.
  • Develop and assist in the development of training materials for users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of Talent Acquisition platforms/tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and support decision-making processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in Talent Acquisition processes and recommend innovative solutions for process enhancement.
  • Performs querying and data mining activities to support human resource analytics. Develops reports, dashboards, and statistics for management's use.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications  

  • 2+ years of Workday Recruiting
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Experience with BPI and Collaboration tools
