Job description

Inventory/Operations Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Inventory/Operations Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp opportunity located in Branford, CT. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure production requirements, quality expectations, and customer specifications are consistently met.
  • Support production planning efforts by creating, updating, and maintaining work orders and schedules within operational systems.
  • Monitor workflow progress and proactively address scheduling challenges to meet production targets and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure all materials, equipment, documentation, and resources are available before jobs enter production.
  • Partner with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain efficient movement of materials and finished products.
  • Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts, including month-end reconciliation activities, to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with material tracking to support uninterrupted production operations.
  • Manage the transfer, validation, and upload of RFID and IoT-related production data to customer-specific platforms.
  • Download, process, and maintain EPC codes and related tracking information in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity across production systems, databases, and customer reporting tools.
  • Review production documentation, reconciliation records, and electronic data for completeness and accuracy prior to quality review and shipment.
  • Maintain organized production records and documentation to support operational and quality requirements.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, system, and production-related issues to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of Inventory or Quality Control experience.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
