Princeton, IN | Full-Time

Join a Winning Transportation Team!
We’re seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to help us attract and retain top-quality CDL-A drivers. If you have transportation experience, know DOT/FMCSA rules, and love connecting with people, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit and hire qualified CDL-A drivers.
  • Use online tools, social media, and job boards to find talent.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA & FMCSA/DOT regulations.
  • Support driver onboarding and retention programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years transportation experience (recruitment preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA & FMCSA/DOT rules.
