As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting great talent with opportunities by conducting interviews, supporting candidates through the hiring process, and partnering closely with hiring managers to keep everything running smoothly. Job Summary:

Leads recruiting process for hiring needs across our field transportation business. Works directly with hiring managers, applicants, and human resources. This role will achieve recruiting objectives by sourcing and evaluating passive and active job seekers, assist the interview process, and support the onboarding process as needed. Will also be responsible for advising hiring managers of recruiting compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting process for hourly driver positions including interviewing candidates primarily by phone
  • Coordinate with managers across multiple U.S. locations to understand hiring needs and ensure an efficient, consistent process.
  • Screen and interview candidates via phone and virtual meetings to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Assist with pre-employment steps, including scheduling drug screens, DOT physicals, and training, as well as completing pre-hire paperwork.
  • Partner with other HR members to complete pre-hire and onboarding tasks and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist with pre-employment steps, including scheduling drug screens, DOT physicals, and training, as well as completing pre-hire paperwork.

Requirements
