HR Senior Coordinator / Administrative Support
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Compensation: $28.00–$32.00/hour DOE (equivalent to up to ~$75,000 annually)
Schedule: Full-time | Temporary Assignment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Senior Coordinator for an assignment supporting a busy manufacturing environment in Santa Rosa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values confidentiality, and enjoys providing strong administrative support within a Human Resources team.

Position Overview

The HR Senior Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, recruiting coordination, and compliance-related activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
