Description
Ruchman is seeking to hire a Full-Time Recruiter to join our team. As a HR Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates. You'll collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
This position is onsite and not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates. Assist in conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
  • Managing individual pools of candidates for multiple requisitions. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting offer letters, initiating background checks, and facilitating onboarding processes.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure compliance with government-regulated employment documents.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements.
  • Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, or similar major, preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in HR recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for a government contractor or a Federal/State agency is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to thrive in both individual and team atmospheres.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels.
  • An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and Affirmative Action.
  • Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires.
  • Desire to learn new markets and skills.
