Introduction
This full-service small animal hospital in Denver, Colorado is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team. Located in Denver's vibrant Art District on Santa Fe, the practice provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care in a modern facility supported by experienced veterinary professionals. With four veterinarians currently on staff, the hospital offers an excellent environment for doctors looking to work alongside a collaborative team while enjoying a healthy work-life balance through a four-day work week. The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with weekend walk-in clinics operating from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll provide high-quality preventative, medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals while building lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and personalised treatment plans. You'll collaborate closely with fellow veterinarians, technicians, and leadership to manage a varied caseload, perform diagnostics and surgery, and help maintain the hospital's high clinical standards. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to clinical protocols, mentor team members, and play an active part in the continued success of the practice.

Practice Details
This well-equipped hospital offers a comprehensive range of general practice services supported by modern technology, including an in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, a fully integrated Cornerstone electronic medical record system, and a dedicated surgical suite with four operating tables and advanced patient monitoring equipment. The practice performs a high surgical caseload with experienced technicians supporting more than 15 procedures each day, creating an engaging environment for veterinarians who enjoy both medicine and surgery. As part of a wider veterinary network, doctors benefit from the resources of a national organisation while maintaining the collaborative culture and clinical autonomy of a locally led practice.
