Job description

Roessel Joy is looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team. The role is best-suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive, great relationship-building and leadership skills, and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake meetings with candidates based on experience
  • Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social media
  • Source and contact passive Accounting & Finance Candidates online
  • Network with Accounting & Finance Candidates offline during job fairs, networking events
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Interview  Candidates (Zoom/In-Person) to build up network and provide to sales team
  • Update Candidates on hiring status for certain roles submitted to
  • Prepare Candidates before interviews with clients
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential Accounting & Finance Candidates for future job opportunities
  • Keep detailed records of Candidates’ information and past feedback for future roles
  • Manage a portfolio of Candidates and maintain good relationships with them
  • Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management


Requirements

  • BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
  • Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer
  • 1+ Years’ experience as a top producer from other staffing agency a plus but not required
