Responsibilities
  • Prospect clients (school districts) to understand their staffing needs
  • Identify talent within the healthcare and education industry to work in schools nationwide
  • Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts and recruiting cycle
