Job description

Join a global Talent Acquisition team that partners directly with senior business leaders to shape hiring across engineering, sales, and corporate functions. At InterSystems, recruiters aren't order-takers-we're strategic advisors who influence hiring decisions, build long-term talent pipelines, and help shape the growth of a privately held technology company with a global footprint. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of technical, commercial, and corporate searches, partnering directly with senior leaders on hiring strategy rather than simply executing requisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent across a variety of functions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner and advisor
  • Ensure hiring teams are well-prepared throughout the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently, professionally, and consistently
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit while providing thoughtful recommendations to hiring teams
  • Manage the offer process from reference checks and compensation recommendations through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business priorities, provide market insight, and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and fellow team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting both technical and business functions
  • Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including technical skill sets, hiring trends, and candidate motivations
  • Experience in an agency, corporate recruiting environment, or a combination of both
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to understand the business and how talent drives organizational success
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities within a fast-paced, global environment
  • Commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered sourcing, research, and productivity tools, to improve recruiting outcomes

Benefits of working in our Boston headquarters:

  • Fitness benefits including complimentary access to an on-site fitness center, with classes and locker rooms.
  • Generous paid time off, paid parental leave, and company holidays to support work-life balance.
  • 401(k) eligibility from day one with discretionary company profit-sharing contributions.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options to meet individual and family needs.
  • Tuition assistance with no annual limit, reimbursing 75% of approved job-related coursework.
  • Wellness and family support resources, including mental health services, financial coaching, fertility and parental leave programs, and employee assistance benefits.
  • Convenient commuter benefits, including pre-tax transit and parking programs
  • A stable, privately held global technology company where employees can build long-term careers and make a meaningful impact.

You'll join an established global Talent Acquisition team of 21 recruiters supporting hiring across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Our recruiters stay because they're trusted advisors, not transactional recruiters. We emphasize thoughtful hiring, strong partnerships with the business, and long-term career growth over volume metrics.

If you're passionate about recruiting, enjoy building strong partnerships, and thrive in a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, we'd love to hear from you.
