This role is ideal for individuals interested in Recruiting, Business, or Sales who are motivated to grow within the HR industry.

The Recruiter is responsible for executing day-to-day recruiting activities, ensuring consistent candidate flow, placement activity, and fulfillment of open job orders.

This role is focused on individual recruiting production, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates to meet business demands.

The Recruiter supports branch operations through recruiting execution but is not responsible for operational oversight or team coordination.

This is an in-office role. The Recruiter is expected to work from an assigned branch location during standard business hours and is not a remote position.

Success in this role is measured by individual recruiting production, activity levels, and contribution to job order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Flow & Recruiting Execution
    • Own and actively manage candidate flow to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Ensure all job postings are accurate, active, optimized, and aligned with current hiring needs
    • Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
    • Maintain urgency in recruiting efforts to support timely order fulfillment
    • Identify gaps in candidate flow and take immediate corrective action
  • Placement & Activity Performance

    • Drive recruiting activity to meet or exceed company expectations
    • Consistently fill open job orders with qualified candidates
    • Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all recruiting activity in the system
    • Ensure responsiveness and follow-through throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Branch Operational Support

    • Support branch operations through consistent recruiting execution
    • Maintain a clean and professional workspace
    • Help ensure open job orders are filled in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily execution
  • Candidate Experience & Engagement

    • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
    • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
    • Maintain consistent communication with candidates before and after placement
    • Ensure candidates are properly prepared for assignments
  • System Accuracy & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate and real-time updates across all recruiting activities
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
    • Support compliance audits and system accuracy requirements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Support fulfillment of client job orders and workforce demands
    • Communicate recruiting progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administrative Support, or Recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and additional hours when needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, motivated, and professional attitude.
  • Strong interest in building a career in the HR industry.
  • Preferred: Bilingual.


Pay

$19.00-$21.00 per hour
