GL Staffing Services is looking for a motivated and energetic Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for recruiting, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding, I-9s, and new hire paperwork.
  • Fill customer job orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain communication with applicants and clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
