About the Role:

As a Recruiter for LTI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Has recruited skilled labor successfully 
  • Three plus years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, at least two of them hiring skilled trades or technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of staffing services, technical recruiting, and contract recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.
  • In-house recruiter from a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
  • Familiarity with temporary staffing and workforce planning strategies.
  • Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles in industrial, materials, and aerospace engineering.
  • Proficiency with internet recruiting tools and social media platforms for talent sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
