Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic in-house Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team. As a critical component of the overall organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of local Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Position Description:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for seeking out qualified Behavioral Technicians throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets. Searches, phone screens, and interviews/zoom meetings will all be conducted from our Corporate office in Bryn Mawr, PA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.

As a Recruiter, in part, you’ll:
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Serve as the first contact person for questions from candidates.
  • Maintain compliance across all recruiting activities.

Location and Hours:
Recruiters will work from our Corporate Office in Bryn Mawr, PA and regularly work 40 hours/week. Normal business hours required – no nights or weekends!

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High energy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic medical terminology and healthcare-related language. Experience in Behavioral Healthcare is not required.
  • Reliable transportation to/from Bryn Mawr, PA.
  • A desire to grow with us!
