Job description

$20.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our staffing team. This position supports high-volume recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, and general labor positions throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume positions
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Assist applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Coordinate employee placements and start dates
  • Maintain consistent communication with employees and clients
  • Follow up on attendance, assignments, and employee availability
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
  • Assist with job fairs and other recruiting efforts

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Recruiting or staffing-agency experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
