What does a recruit do?

A Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and evaluating candidates for job openings within an organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job postings, and screen applicants. Recruiters also conduct interviews, coordinate the hiring process, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Their goal is to match the right talent with the right roles to support the company's growth and success.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a recruit?

To thrive as a Recruit, you typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, physical fitness, and the ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
