Job description

The Staten Island Skating Pavilion is looking for energetic, organized leaders to join our team! We are hiring part-time Managers to support rink operations and create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Salary: $25 per hour
What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee daily rink operations in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily shift coverage
  • Coordinate ice program scheduling, including public sessions, figure skating, hockey programs, and private rentals
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for skaters of all ages
  • Assist with events, parties, and seasonal programming
  • Handle administrative duties such as inventory, reporting, and vendor communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help maintain a positive community atmosphere
  • Operate Zamboni (training provided - no prior experience necessary)
