Job description

Salary: 19-22 DOE

Hideaway Recovery is looking for a passionate, experienced lead tech to join our team at our Male 6 bed Detox and RTC facility located in Cathedral City

Strong personality, presence, and ability to establish rapport with clients is a must. Creative, savvy, quick, Candidates must have a background working with substance abuse, trauma, mental health and have familiarity with 12 Step recovery.

Provide on-going support and case management expertise

Maintain accurate documentation of service objectives and outcomes as well as other services in accordance with Federal, State, County and joint commission guidelines;

Actively participate in client- and program-related meetings and trainings

Adheres to strict boundaries and professional ethics in the care of others

Conducts crisis intervention as needed.

Hideaway Recovery works as a multidisciplinary team so the ability to work collaboratively is a must.

Candidates must have experience working with high acuity, dual diagnosis clients. Candidates must hold a valid RADT while working on furthering their education.
