The Rooms Manager will provide leadership across the property's Rooms Division, overseeing front office operations, housekeeping, guest services, and reservations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, driving guest satisfaction, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the property's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction for the Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Services teams.
  • Foster a culture centered on exceptional guest service while maintaining high operational and quality standards throughout the property.
  • Oversee daily rooms operations, ensuring efficient workflows, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Partner with department leaders to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while supporting employee engagement and performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury guest services.
  • Experience leading multiple operational departments within a hotel environment strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and rooms division management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
